Your outbound system,
built in 14 days.

I work with you to source your whole market, from places Apollo and ZoomInfo can't reach, hand you the accounts ready to buy now, and build the machine that runs the outbound. You keep all of it. The systems behind $6M+ in pipeline.

i. The problem

Your outbound is duct tape.

Tools are cheap now. Anyone can buy a list. What's missing is the person who maps it into a system. Companies know it. On the specialist GTM job boards alone, they posted 1,500+ roles last year for exactly that person: a GTM engineer.

You don't need another tool, or a three-month hire.
You need your market mapped and your outbound system built right.

ii. The work

Three ways to start.
Each one hands you the keys.

GTM Data Foundation

Your reps start Monday with a ranked, tiered map of your market, not a blank spreadsheet. I pull it from where your buyers actually live, score it with you into tiers, and hand it over with verified contacts, enough to work for two quarters. No new headcount.

  • The sources Apollo and ZoomInfo thin out on: SEC filings, VC and PE portfolios, job boards, business directories, Google Maps, matched to your market
  • A scoring model built with you, so Tier 1 means your best-fit accounts, not a vendor's guess
  • Verified, title-targeted contacts. 95% deliverable, guaranteed

Start with a $750 Tier-1 Pilot: 200 scored, verified accounts in your top tier, in 5 days. Go ahead within 60 days and it credits toward the full build.

A real, working slice of your market, not a demo. Full engagements are scoped on the call.

Outbound System Build

The full machine: your scored market, personalized multichannel sequences, and your CRM, with scoring, routing, deliverability, and reply automation wired in. Built in weeks, then it's yours.

  • Clay engine, sender setup (domains, warmup, deliverability done right), and CRM integration
  • Sequences structured and live. Positive replies routed straight to your team
  • You own all of it. Not a retainer. I don't hold your domains or your data hostage.
The Data Foundation is phase one. Its fee credits toward your build.

Clay Workspace Optimization

Already on Clay and watching Actions and Data Credits drain under the new pricing? I find the leaks and fix them inside your workspace. 1 to 2 weeks, fixed scope, from $1,500.

  • Full audit of Auto-Update, Claygent, filter-before-enrich, and provider-key gaps
  • Your own API keys connected, so you stop paying for data you already buy elsewhere
  • Handoff doc: what changed, why, and how to keep the workspace lean
iii. The difference

An operator who's carried the number, and the engineer who builds the system behind it.

So I don't just build what you ask for. I build what I know converts.

iv. Selected builds

I built these systems. I ran them. They worked.

Not handed-off theory. Outbound engines I built and operated myself, and the data behind each one. If your buyers exist somewhere, I can reach them.

Built and run
Client · Pixel Pirate Studios · Built & ran

I built and ran the entire outbound engine for $30k video-production deals.

  • i.Built the ICP and data layer for high-ticket creative buyers, the accounts worth a $30k conversation.
  • ii.Wrote and ran the cold-email sequences myself, start to finish.
  • iii.Result: $5M+ in pipeline at a 2% meeting rate.
Client · John Snow Labs (medical AI) · Built & ran

I built my own outbound infrastructure in Clay, then ran it as their top SDR.

  • i.Built the tooling and sequences in Clay, on my own initiative and my own budget.
  • ii.Ran it as the operator: 20+ meetings booked per month, top SDR on the team.
  • iii.Result: $2M+ in qualified pipeline into medical AI.

Enterprise meetings at GE Healthcare, Medtronic, J&J and Pfizer were booked here.

Client · US magazine advertising company · Built & ran

I built and ran the outbound that reached the local businesses they sell advertising to, the ones that barely exist in Apollo or ZoomInfo.

  • i.Scraped and deduped every business in their target metros from Google Maps.
  • ii.Qualified to their exact ICP with a config rule set, then found each owner from the business's own site and Google at roughly 98% match.
  • iii.Generated a {business_type} token so the sequence spoke to a roofer, an HVAC contractor, or a plumber directly.
  • iv.Result: a 9% reply rate, ~4.5% of everyone contacted into a live sales conversation, against a 1-2% local norm.

Pattern: config-driven engine, re-point it at any metro or vertical and it runs again.

Client · Karen Roberts Coaching · UK · Built & ran

Built and ran the cold-outbound engine for $8k podcast-production offers.

  • i.Built the targeting, sales assets, and sequences, then ran the campaign end to end.
  • ii.Result: $112k in pipeline and 15 meetings from 1,400 emails.
Client · AI hiring platform · Delivered

Built and ran the full outbound system for an AI hiring platform, then delivered it.

  • i.Scored targets through to live multichannel sequences, end to end.
  • ii.Ran it, proved it, and handed over the working engine. Anonymized under NDA.
The data behind it
Client · PE Growth Partners · Built

Booked meetings into private equity and investment banking, a segment cold outbound rarely cracks.

  • i.Estimated each firm's AUM by matching Crunchbase against SEC Form ADV filings, no premium subscription.
  • ii.AI agents extracted portfolio companies and sectors from PitchBook profiles.
  • iii.An enrichment waterfall found the decision-makers, a 3-step sequence ran in Email Bison, and positive replies routed straight to Slack.
  • iv.Result: a 2.5% reply rate with about half positive, running 12 campaigns a month, with meetings booked at Lex Capital Group and Aurum Capital.

Pattern: multi-source fusion plus agentic extraction.

Client · AI Reserve · Built

Companies too new and too narrowly funded to exist in any database. I built the engine that found them all.

  • i.Sourced from three places at once: SEC Form D filings (a free Crunchbase alternative), ~50 scraped VC and PE portfolios, and Apollo.
  • ii.Resolved, deduped and size-gated every company down to one clean universe by domain.
  • iii.Scored each one with an LLM against a custom rubric, then split into tiers, qualification no keyword filter can do.
  • iv.Result: a reusable engine they own and a fully qualified target universe, not a one-off list.

Pattern: multi-source fusion, deduped and LLM-scored into one universe.

~40 clients across outbound agencies · Built

Across roughly 40 clients at outbound agencies, I built the layer that reads the data and shows what's actually performing.

  • i.Connected to Instantly, Smartlead, or HeyReach via API and pulled the real account data, not a screenshot.
  • ii.Pinpointed the true bottleneck against a fixed rubric and the client's own GTM: deliverability, copy, offer, or targeting.
  • iii.Result: prioritized fixes that turned around live campaigns, and a 3-4% reply rate held on the strong ones.

Pattern: API-driven audit and performance reporting, a layer teams keep.

I guarantee the part I control.

Your data foundation comes 95% deliverable or I replace it free. Your system is built to spec and passes an inbox-placement test before handoff. I won't promise you a set number of meetings. That depends on your offer and your team. But I'll promise the machine works and the data is clean, the part most people get wrong. I've built and run these systems myself, so I only guarantee what I know holds.

v. The engineer

Hi, I'm Victor.

I've built and run the outbound behind $6M+ in pipeline across 40+ clients. I started as the SDR who books the meetings and became the engineer who builds the system behind them. I work in Clay, n8n, Make, Apify, and the OpenAI and Anthropic stack, for B2B teams that want pipeline infrastructure without the headcount. I work with teams anywhere.
